Gallery of work

The Black series developed from my fascination with geometry, puzzles, and details. As a child, I was a big fan of Tetris, Where's Waldo, and Lego.  As an adult, this series works towards addressing deeper concepts that concern me. I feel this work is a reconciliation of my younger self with my adult self. In contemplation it calls out a nostalgia that reminds me of what was once fun.

The Word Series developed from my obsession with words and when/where they are said. Working in graphics for many years generated a love for typography and how it is arranged.  I enjoy influencing context of my word pieces with the satire and manner in which they are displayed.
